Rebecca Edwards Dance Ambassador - Swansea Rebecca is a freelance dance and movement practitioner based in Swansea, South Wales. A graduate of the University of Chichester, Rebecca completed her training in 2015 gaining a Masters Degree in Dance Performance. During her studies Rebecca was fortunate to work with a diverse range of choreographers and toured work both nationally and Internationally. Since completing her studies and moving to South Wales, Rebecca has been an active member of the local dance community and delivered classes and workshops to a range of groups across Swansea. From adult groups to the next budding Welsh Gymnasts, her delivery encourages an accessible approach to contemporary and ballet techniques. For the last five years Rebecca has also been teaching, choreographing and delivering GCSE Dance to the next generation of dance artists at County Youth Dance Company. Rebecca strongly believes in the power of movement; its ability to communities together and the positive impact it can have on both our physical and mental well-being.
