Michelle Carwadine-Palmer Interim Chief Executive I have worked for more than two decades within the performing arts sector across a range of UK based organisations from regional to international touring companies as well as receiving and producing houses. My recent freelance clients have included undertaking Interim CEO positions for Punchdrunk Enrichment, Aberystwyth Arts Centre and now National Dance Company Wales. In the last 15 years I have occupied CEO and Executive Arts Management roles at National Theatre Wales, Salisbury Playhouse (now Wiltshire Creative) and Corn Exchange Newbury where my main responsibilities have included the creation and delivery of business strategy, fundraising strategy, HR, governance, political engagement, advocacy, financial and organisational growth, business operations and law.
