Kelly Twydale Operations Director As Operations Director I manage the finance team and lead strategically on a broad operational agenda. Originally from Cornwall I have worked for the Company for over 10 years, having previously worked in a number of Cardiff’s cultural organisations in various administrative and management posts. I completed my Masters in Arts Management at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in 2009 and my CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR Management in 2020.
