Deadline Date

National Dance Company Wales is seeking a diverse group of people to join us who can help inspire the people of Wales and the world with great dance. We want to find new ways of working to reach new and different people – to achieve our mission to express ideas beyond words, exploring what it means to live in Wales and the world now.

We are looking for up to 4 new trustees, with a priority focus on those with skills and experience in  performing arts, legal and governance, finance, learning and participation, and fundraising. Each trustee serves for up to 2 terms of 3 years each.

Widening engagement, championing innovation, advocating for dance and building our resilience are at the core of everything that NDCWales does. We are committed to ensuring that everyone in Wales has equal opportunities to access dance.

We particularly encourage applications from people who are underrepresented in the dance sector, and from those who experience discrimination. We are dedicated to meeting access requirements; just let us know what you need. The positions are not paid, though expenses can be reimbursed.

The pack below explains how to contact the Chair for preliminary conversations and how to apply.
The pack is available here in Welsh and as a printer friendly version in our downloads.
If you require the pack in any other format please email us on recruitment@ndcwales.co.uk

Closing date for applications 12 noon, Friday 27 June 2025.

Open House Sessions
