We want to find new ways of working to reach new and different people – to achieve our mission to express ideas beyond words, exploring what it means to live in Wales and the world now. We are looking for up to 4 new trustees, with a priority focus on those with skills and experience in performing arts, legal and governance, finance, learning and participation, and fundraising. Each trustee serves for up to 2 terms of 3 years each. Widening engagement, championing innovation, advocating for dance and building our resilience are at the core of everything that NDCWales does. We are committed to ensuring that everyone in Wales has equal opportunities to access dance. We particularly encourage applications from people who are underrepresented in the dance sector, and from those who experience discrimination. You’ll also discover what it means to be a Trustee with NDCWales, the skills and experience we’re looking for in new board members and have the chance to ask any questions you may have.
