Alison Thorne is a Chair, Non-Executive Director, and Committee member with a corporate global career in retail, having held executive board roles at Mothercare, George at Asda and Otto UK and executive leadership roles at Kingfisher and Storehouse specialising in Operations, Buying, Merchandising and Sourcing. She started her retail career in David Morgans Cardiff.

Cathryn Allen

Cath is Director of Creating Answers, specialising in helping individuals, teams and organisations achieve clarity, confidence and creativity in striving to be the best leaders they can be.

She is a trained EMCC coaching practitioner and designs and delivers workshops in leadership, teamwork and communication. 

Cath is based in Harlech and Cardiff, and works across the UK in both English and Welsh.

Elizabeth Wilson

Liz is a qualified accountant with over 30 years practicing experience.  Recently retired from holding a Strategic post at Chwarae Teg as Director of Finance & Operations. During her Career, Liz has spent a considerable amount of time in both the private and not for pro fit sector. Liz is passionate about helping with the development of the charity, alongside spending time with her family and two furry Springer Spaniels!

Giovanni Basileti

Giovanni is a Solicitor specialising in construction and engineering law. He is experienced in dealing with contentious and non-contentious construction matters across all sectors and has a keen interest in energy infrastructure projects. Originally from Gibraltar, he is a native Spanish speaker.

Lowe is a Bermuda-born, Wales-based dancer, choreographer, writer, and director creating dance theatre works for stage, public space, and film that explore themes of intersectional identity, mental health and wellbeing, and empowerment to challenge herself and audiences toward introspection and social change.

Stacey is a PR and marketing expert turned Sustainability Director who puts people, passion, and purpose first at Wales’ number one creative agency. She is also a non-professional dancer.

Tupac Martir

Tupac

Tupac is the Artist and Founder of Satore Studio. The V&A called him "The Multidisciplinary Renaissance Man" due to his work as a multimedia artist whose work spans the fields of technology, lighting, projection and video, sound design, music, and composition, as well as choreography and costumes. Vogue has described him as ‘the visual designer and creative director behind some of the most important events in the world’.

William James

William

William was Producer at Theatr Clwyd leading the Producing and Programming team until 2021. At Clwyd, he programmed NDCWales for many years - he's a big fan. Before this, and among other places, he has worked at the Royal Shakespeare Company, the West Yorkshire Playhouse and at Intelfax, subtitling Channel 4 programmes for Deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences. He was educated at the University of Wales, Cardiff.
